Death as a natural phenomenon has always been evaluated from the perspective of various sciences. But in public law, especially in the field of administrative law, this issue has not been addressed much. Therefore, in the present study, from the perspective of the present administrative law, the effects of this phenomenon on employees have been studied. Employee deaths have financial and non-financial implications; the focus of the present study is on financial effects, which is different from the similar case in private law; where the deceased employee is solely responsible as a natural person and subject to private law. Financial liability, financial penalties, coercive benefit of the heir, including receipt of salary, end-of-service bonus, salary resulting from his unused leave, transfer of special financial benefits, the deceased employee's spouse has the right to family and receive burial fee Burial is one of the financial effects of the death of a government employee, which in the present study has been investigated through a descriptive and library study and based on current laws and regulations and judicial procedure regarding general and special employees. The findings of this study can be used by the heirs of government employees, managers of administrative and financial units, as well as officials of pension and insurance funds.
