چکیده
امنیت اقتصادی یکی از مؤلفه‌های بنیادین در حفظ ثبات و اقتدار ملی است. با توجه به تأکید مقام معظم رهبری بر اقتصاد مردمی، عدالت‌محور و مقاومتی، اقتصاد تعاونی به‌عنوان یکی از ظرفیت‌های راهبردی برای تحقق امنیت اقتصادی مطرح می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش اقتصاد تعاونی در تحقق امنیت اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، بر مبنای تحلیل دیدگاه‌های مقام معظم رهبری است. این تحقیق از نوع کیفی بوده و با روش تحلیل مضمون بر بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در حوزه اقتصاد و امنیت اقتصادی تمرکز دارد. همچنین از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسناد سیاستی مانند سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی استفاده شده است. پرسش مهمی که در این زمینه یش می‌آید آن است که چگونه نقش راهبردی اقتصاد تعاونی، بر اساس دیدگاه‌های مقام معظم رهبری، می‌تواند در تحقق امنیت اقتصادی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران مؤثر واقع شود؟ فرضیه این پژوهش آن است که اقتصاد تعاونی در اندیشه رهبری جایگاهی راهبردی دارد و به‌عنوان مدلی عدالت‌محور، می‌تواند از طریق افزایش مشارکت مردمی، تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی، کاهش وابستگی خارجی و گسترش عدالت اقتصادی، به‌صورت مؤثری در تقویت بنیان‌های امنیت اقتصادی کشور ایفای نقش کند. بر اساس تحلیل صورت‌گرفته، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های اقتصاد تعاونی، در چارچوب اندیشه‌های رهبری و با پیوند با سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی، راهکاری عملی و بومی برای تقویت امنیت اقتصادی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران به شمار می‌آید. در پایان، راهکارهایی جهت فعال‌سازی این ظرفیت و ارتقاء نقش تعاونی‌ها در سیاست‌گذاری اقتصادی کشور ارائه شده است.

چکیده English
Economic security is an important issue in today's society, the realization of which can facilitate security in other aspects of society. This requires special attention from economists to strategic issues. Among the issues that can play an important role in economic security is cooperation. This article addresses the issue of cooperation and the role that cooperation can play as a government strategy in creating a safe environment for the economic environment. The emphasis that Islam and the Imams (peace be upon them) have placed on the development of cooperation is stated. The laws governing cooperation and the responsibility that the government has in this matter are evidence that the most important strategy is to pay attention to religious teachings and the role of the government as the executive arm of the government in supporting cooperation. Also, the important position that cooperation has in the leadership's perspective itself indicates the role of cooperation in economic security to the extent that he considers cooperatives to be one of the desirable models for the growth of production with the participation of the people. In this article, we have examined the role of cooperation in economic security and the leadership's view of it and its solutions for the economy.
