The prevalence of cyberspace in today's world and its impact on the increase in immoral crimes is one of the important challenges for criminal policies. The spread of corruption and prostitution in this context can lead to serious threats, and if the custodians of criminal policy neglect this issue, in addition to providing the grounds for the growth of these crimes in the context of cyberspace, failure in addressing them is inevitable. In this regard, paying attention to jurisprudential principles in addressing cyberspace crimes seems necessary. The present study has examined the principles governing the handling of immoral crimes in cyberspace using a descriptive-analytical method. The findings of the present study show that the most important principles in this regard are: the principle of preserving public chastity, the principle of prohibiting spying, the principle of covering up crimes, and the principle of prohibiting the spread of immorality, which may encounter exceptions in certain circumstances such as the existence of a private complainant, the promotion of corruption and prostitution, or the organization of crimes. Paying attention to these jurisprudential principles can help combat these crimes, prevent the spread of corruption in cyberspace, and provide a more efficient path for investigation.
