Before the emigration of the Holy Prophet to Yathrab, conflicts and disputes had given this city a bloody face. fragile economy ethnic nature of the people, and differences between the two major tribes of Yathrab were part of the hardships that led to the superiority of a minority. A minority who saw their livelihood in the continuation of disputes with the perspective of those seeking domination. After the arrival of the Prophet in the city of Yathrab, through a treaty known as the Book of Yathrab (Madinah), he quelled these differences. The foundations of the first Islamic government in this city were established based on this agreement, which is interpreted as the first Constitution of the Islamic government. This article digs into the content of this document to answer the question that despite the multitude of parties, ethnic and religious minorities, long-term conflicts and differences that are rooted in beliefs and suppressing them is not an easy task. What Prophet crystallized the concept of contemporary human rights in the Madinah document and formed a single nation. The authors have come to the conclusion that the Medina Act benefits from the content of contemporary human rights and agreed that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, despite not being a binding document, has gained customary acceptance and this is due to its human rights content. The same is true in the civil document. In this article, we will first have a look at the history and then we will discuss the human rights components of the Medina Act.
