The “Quarterly Journal of Government and Law (QGL)”  is published to produce domestic and international literature in the field of Governance and Law to promote and transform this knowledge with a national-international approach and respond to the practical needs of relevant organizations and institutions in specialized fields.

Open access policies
The philosophy of publication in the journals of Government and Law is based on research for the benefit of the public, and it should also be said that research is the product of society's investment, and its fruits should be made available to the public without discrimination and boundaries. For this reason, QGL provides all its publications as free and open access. Readers can download or share the articles for free.
